Beth Cosker started CGA Benefits after working for 25+ years in the health insurance industry. She understands that every company and individual has varying needs, so she is constantly working with her insurance carrier representatives to provide helpful solutions that address those needs completely. Beth’s experience and relationships in the industry are what enable her to provide innovative and cost saving health benefit solutions. She is dedicated to making sure employers and families have the resources and knowledge they need to select the best health insurance plan.

Beth’s areas of expertise include providing alternative funding methods and consumer-driven healthcare plans as well as creating innovate and creating benefit solutions tailored to meet specific needs. She is an active member of the Washington Chapter of the National Association of Health Underwriters and has held numerous leadership roles for several non-profit community volunteer organizations in the Greater Seattle area.

Before establishing CGA Benefits, Beth was most recently a Broker with Gallagher Reppond as well as a Group Sales Executive for United HealthCare and UNUMProvident Corporation. She also served as the Manager of Client Services for a large national Third Party Administrator. Ms. Cosker has several years experience in the recruiting and contracting of hospitals and physicians into provider networks as a Provider Relations Representative. Because of these various work experiences, Beth brings in-depth knowledge of the insurance industry to her clients.
